If you have not seen it before have a look at the ‘Ixworth Concept Statement‘ from Persimmon dated 2008. I think this is a useful illustration of what Persimmon knew of the Crown Lane site before it started. What we have in fact proposed is what St Edmundsbury put in the original. Posted by Roger
